How we handle your data (short version: we don’t keep it)
KUMPLY is designed to align with Mexico’s data protection law (LFPDPPP) and GDPR principles. A formal legal opinion is planned before any fee is activated on mainnet. But here’s the simple version: we are a software tool. We process your verification through a certified partner, record an on-chain attestation (address, tier and expiry, no personal data), and that’s it. We don’t store your documents.
Your personal data is handled by Sumsub (our SOC 2 Type II–certified KYC provider). KUMPLY only receives a pass/fail result and writes a public attestation (address, tier, expiry) to the blockchain. No names, no photos, no addresses on our servers. Ever.
We literally don’t have your personal data. It’s processed by our certified partner and never touches our servers.
Verification only happens when you explicitly approve it by signing with your wallet. No hidden consent.
Want to remove your credential? You can revoke it at any time. Your right to be forgotten is built into the protocol.
