You're responsible for how you use these tools. If you're a company integrating KUMPLY, you're responsible for setting up the right compliance rules for your jurisdiction. We provide the infrastructure — you define the policies.
We Never Touch Your Funds
KUMPLY is non-custodial. We have zero access to your wallet, your private keys, or your digital assets.
Software, Not Financial Services
We're a technology provider. We don't need financial licenses because we don't perform financial activities.

You decide which compliance tier to require. You decide who can access your platform. KUMPLY enforces what you configure.
