How we handle your data (short version: we don't keep it)

KUMPLY complies with Mexico's data protection law (LFPDPPP) and follows GDPR principles. But here's the simple version: we are a software tool. We process your verification through a licensed partner, create an encrypted proof, and that's it. We don't store your documents.

Your personal data is handled by Sumsub (our licensed KYC provider, SOC 2 Type II certified). KUMPLY only receives a pass/fail result and writes an encrypted credential to the blockchain. No names, no photos, no addresses on our servers. Ever.

Zero Data Stored

We literally don't have your personal data. It's processed by our licensed partner and never touches our servers.

You Control Everything

Verification only happens when you explicitly approve it by signing with your wallet. No hidden consent.

Delete Anytime

Want to remove your credential? You can revoke it at any time. Your right to be forgotten is built into the protocol.
